June 2006
Contract for the building of two 755LN design Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) with Havyard Leirvik AS, delivered in June 2008 and March 2009 respectively

June 2008
Delivery of a 60 ton B. P. Anchor Handling Tug cum Supply Vessel (AHTSV) viz. "M.V. Poorna" at Singapore. The vessel is fitted with Dynamic Position System (DP1) and external Fire Fighting equipment (FiFi1). The vessel commences a contract in Asian waters.
M. V. Mana Platform Supply Vessel is delivered and commences work in the North Sea.

December 2008
Delivery of a new 60 ton B. P. AHTSV viz. "M.V. Meghna". The vessel is fitted with DP1 and FiFi1.

March 2009
Delivery of a new 60 ton B. P. AHTSV viz. "M.V. Mahananda". The vessel is fitted with DP1 and FiFi1.
M.V. Makalu, a PSV built in Norway is delivered and commences work in India.

August 2009
Wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore takes delivery of 2 assets-one Work Accommodation Barge named Beau Geste and one 60 ton AHTSV named M.V. Shergar.

November 2010
Wholly owned subsidiary named Global Offshore Services B.V. (GOSBV), incorporated in The Netherlands, takes delivery of a "State of Art" Platform Supply Vessel built in Havyard, named M.V. Cristal.

March 2011
Company Name changed to Global Offshore Services Limited. - to depict its increasing global presence.
M.V.Cristal is awarded a long term contract in Brazil.

July 2012
Dvb Bank Subscribes to 31% of the equity of Global Offshore Services B.V.
M.V. Shergar is awarded a four year firm contract in Brazil.

March 2013
Global offshore Services B.V. takes delivery of a mid-sized PSV named M.V. Ben Nevis. The Vessel is awarded 1 year + 4 x 1 year Contract with Shell in May of the same year.

May 2013
Wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore takes delivery of one small AHTSV - named M.V. Everest. The vessel is awarded a four (4) year contract in Brazil.

August 2013
Global offshore Services B.V. takes delivery of a mid-sized PSV named M.V. Makalu. The Vessel is awarded 1 year + 4 x 1 year firm Contract with Shell.

November 2014
GOSBV takes delivery of a mid-sized PSV named M. V. Olympus. The vessel is trading in the spot market.

February 2015
Delivery of a new 80 ton AHTSV, M. V. Lachung. The vessel is fitted with DP2 and FiFi1is presently on a long term contract in India.
